Corporate Travel Coordinator

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end international and domestic travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa processing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MMT (MakeMyTrip for Business) and a strong understanding of corporate travel policies and visa documentation .

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle international and domestic flight, hotel, and cab bookings using MMT or similar portals.
• Coordinate and manage visa processing and documentation for various countries.
• Maintain and update travel records, itineraries, and expense reports .
• Ensure adherence to company travel policies and secure the best travel deals.
• Liaise with employees, travel agents, and embassies for smooth travel operations.
• Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds efficiently.
• Prepare MIS reports on travel expenditure and bookings.
