Site Operations & Troubleshooting
Regularly visit client sites in
Delhi NCR, Punjab, and Chandigarh .
Handle issues related to
manpower attendance, overtime, uniforms, shoes, safety compliance, and audits .
Escalate only critical matters to the Director — otherwise
close issues independently .
Maintain an
audit checklist
and send weekly reports.
Manpower & Employee Handling
Ensure workers report on time and follow discipline at sites.
Deal firmly with
headstrong employees
or repeated absentees.
Coordinate with the
deployment team
for replacements or new hiring when needed.
Client Coordination
Act as the
first point of contact
for operational issues with clients like Godrej, Delhivery, etc.
Provide timely updates to clients and maintain good working relationships.
Support in
client audits
and ensure compliance documents are ready.
Finance & Payment Follow-ups
Update and monitor
bank statements, outstanding, and collections .
Follow up with clients’ accounts teams for pending payments.
Coordinate with internal
accounts / finance team
for invoicing and reconciliation.
Business Development Support
Assist Director in
new business meetings
and presentations.
Identify leads or opportunities during site visits and client discussions.
Maintain a basic
pipeline tracker
of leads and follow-ups.
Requirements
5–10 years’ experience in
operations support / manpower outsourcing / facility management / sales admin / site coordination .
Strong communication skills in
Hindi & English
(Punjabi a plus).
Ability to
handle manpower firmly
and deal with client escalations professionally.
Comfortable with frequent travel (Delhi NCR + Punjab / Chandigarh).
Working knowledge of
basic accounts follow-up
(payments, outstanding, reconciliation).
Computer literate (Excel, email, reporting).
Compensation
₹35,000 – ₹45,000 / month
(depending on experience).
