Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at CodeLand, located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This includes tasks such as developing and implementing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes. The role will also involve collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding skills
• Experience in sale position closings.
• Experience in Employer Branding and developing strategies
• Proficiency in conducting Interviews and assessing candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
