Location : Remote

Support Hours : (IST daytime with a few hours overlapping PST until 10 AM PST (which is from 2 PM OR 3 PM IST to 11.30 pm IST))

Job Description :

• Must have 5-8 years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Someone who can configure Service Now, customize and develop reports for setting up processes.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
