Job Description :

As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with our strategic objectives.

Experience : 4+years

Key Responsibilities :

• Implementation : implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM or CSM or SPM), procurement management and custom applications.
• Integration : Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and internal systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
• Best Practices : Develop and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, version control, and testing procedures.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
• Documentation : Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.
• Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, and evaluate their potential impact on our environment.
