We’re now strengthening our front-end sales presence in the US market, and we’re looking for a Client Partner who can own business development end-to-end.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end sales for Executive Search, IT Staffing, or RPO offerings in the US market
- Identify, engage, and convert new clients by building trusted relationships with Founders, CHROs, Talent Heads, and Business Leaders
- Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline, drive client conversations, and close strategic accounts
- Work closely with offshore delivery & research teams to ensure strong execution and client satisfaction
- Use a consultative, solutions-led sales approach to position Recfront’s value across industries such as Private Equity, Technology, Consulting, Financial Services etc.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to proposals, negotiation, and closure
Who You Are
5+ years of experience selling recruitment / executive search / staffing / RPO to US clientsYou come with a strong track record of building and growing client portfolios and meeting revenue goalsYou’re relationship-driven, credible with senior stakeholders, and understand how long-term partnerships are builtYou’re comfortable owning your pipeline independently, while collaborating with delivery teams to executeWhat We’re Looking For
