About the Role
wTVision is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Broadcast IT Engineer with 0–3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to broadcast systems , IT infrastructure , and virtual tracking technologies . This role involves ensuring seamless operations of broadcast workflows, system security, and integration of video and graphic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain broadcast IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Work with virtual tracking systems such as Stype, Mo-Sys, and RedSpy for virtual production workflows.
- Manage and troubleshoot video cards (Matrox, Bluefish, Declink, and other capture / playout cards).
- Ensure system performance, network reliability, and broadcast security compliance.
- Support and integrate Vizrt graphics systems and Adobe Creative Suite into production pipelines.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and creative teams to deliver high-quality broadcast solutions.
- Proactively monitor and resolve technical issues during live or recorded broadcasts.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.0–3 years of experience in broadcast engineering or IT within the media industry .Hands-on knowledge of virtual tracking systems (Stype, Mo-Sys, RedSpy).Strong understanding of system networking and security protocols .Proficiency with video hardware : Matrox, Bluefish, Declink (capture / playout cards).Working experience with Vizrt graphics systems and Adobe Creative Suite .Familiarity with broadcast workflows, video formats, and compression standards.Ability to troubleshoot quickly in high-pressure live environments.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Good to Have
Basic knowledge of cloud-based broadcast or streaming workflows.Scripting or automation experience (Python, Shell, or similar).Knowledge of broadcast IP standards (SMPTE 2110, NDI, etc.).Why Join Us?
