Job description

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years focused on test automation
Strong expertise in Playwright and Selenium frameworks
Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch
Strong programming skills in at least one language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java)
Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.)
Ability to mentor and lead technical teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with UiPath for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) testing

Knowledge of API testing frameworks (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

Experience with performance testing tools

Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience in financial services or insurance industry

Relevant certifications (ISTQB, etc.)
