HR Operations Manager

Summary :

Soliton is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive – Human Resources to support and strengthen our HR operations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance, and drive HR efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of people-centric policies, enhance employee engagement, and improve HR systems and analytics that align with Soliton’s values and growth goals.

Position Overview :

The Senior Executive – HR will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and value-driven HR processes across the organization. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining compliance, and enhancing HR systems and policies in alignment with the company’s core values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance support, and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless HR experience.
• Partner with business leaders and internal teams to design and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies, maintaining consistency with organizational values and best practices.
• Streamline and maintain HR systems, databases, and HRMS platforms to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, processes, and frameworks across departments.
• Maintain employee records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring readiness for audits and compliance checks.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, HR automation, and data-driven initiatives to strengthen HR operational excellence.
• Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives that contribute to organizational development and employee satisfaction.
