Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Audi Coimbatore, located in Madurai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional tasks involve developing HR strategies, implementing training programs, managing employee benefits, and enhancing workplace morale and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations
• Skills in performance management, HR strategy development, and training program implementation
• Knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits management, and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
