Position Overview
The primary objective of this position is to spearhead full-cycle recruiting initiatives for clients across various US-based teams. As a key member of the Core Tech desk, you will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
- Transform vague job descriptions into clear, actionable requirements through meticulous collaboration with delivery teams.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines via diverse channels.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments for technical fit and negotiate compensation packages.
- Manage vendor submissions and prepare candidates for interviews.
- Ensure seamless ATS hygiene and provide weekly progress updates.
- Guide junior recruiters on search strategy and outreach quality.
Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in US IT recruiting, preferably in data / cloud / integration with a proven track record of closures in multiple technologies.Sound understanding of US tax / visa frameworks and familiarity with vendor management systems.Expertise in Boolean searching and outbound skills, complemented by strong storytelling ability.Comfortable with client-facing interactions and collaborative partnerships with delivery teams.Benefits :
