Key Responsibilities
- Understand client training requirements and identify suitable trainers accordingly using portals like Naukri / LinkedIn
- Maintain and expand a network of freelance, contract-based, and vendor trainers across domains like : o Information Technology (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.) o Soft Skills (Communication, Leadership, etc.) o Other IT-related and functional training areas
- Evaluate trainer profiles based on experience, certifications, delivery skills, and training outcomes.
- Conduct initial screening calls and capability assessments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to schedule trainer interviews & demos.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of trainer interactions, contracts, and feedback in internal databases.
- Continuously build a pipeline of trainers based on anticipated and recurring training needs.
- Support vendor / trainer relationship management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Some experience in recruitment, L&D coordination, vendor management, or training operations preferred.Understanding of technical and non-technical training domains.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.Show more
