As a Lead Data Engineer, you will collaborate with cross functional teams including business leads, analysts, data scientists, and fellow engineers to develop innovative data products that empower informed decision making.

Your key responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable data services, and delivering flexible solutions that meet evolving business needs.

This involves developing and managing robust data pipelines, exploring new technologies, building integrated data layers, and troubleshooting and monitoring data flows.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in designing and implementing data pipelines or data ingestion for batch / streaming data from various sources to a data warehouse / data lake.

Strong leadership skills and experience in leading and delivering data warehousing and analytics projects using cloud technologies such as EMR, Lambda, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, etc. are also highly desirable.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred, but not required.

Proficiency in relevant Python & R packages and ecosystems is essential for success in this role.
