TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time.

Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team focused on a TReDS application in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the platform delivers value to all stakeholders including corporates, MSMEs, financiers, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the TReDS platform.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for the development team.
Prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of features.
Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to validate requirements and align stakeholders.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Stay informed about regulatory changes in the TReDS ecosystem and ensure compliance in product features.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a FinTech or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of TReDS platforms, invoice discounting will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Ability to create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, business, and operations.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to TReDS (e.g., RBI guidelines) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is an advantage.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
