Job Description :
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client
- Would be POC to the client for daily deliverables / execution.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in stated TAT.
- Understand the client’s goals, challenges, to provide tailored solution
Project Management
Oversee the execution of client deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time.Coordinate within internal teams / cross functional teams to meet client expectations.Track project milestones and ensure regular status updates to the client.Problem-Solving
Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues that arisesAct as an advocate for the client internally to ensure their needs are prioritized.Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables.Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless execution.Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.Job Requirement : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience :
2-4 years of experience in account management or client services.Proven track record of managing client relationships and growing accounts.Skills :
A highly motivated, optimistic individual with exceptional verbal and written.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Communication SkillsProficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge about Video editing software ,Graphics and copy writing is Plus
