About the Role :
We are looking for a HR Recruitment Executive to join our client in their Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should be very tech and social media savvy and have a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles (both Tech and Non-Tech).
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Support the recruitment team in daily hiring operations.
- Develop validated candidate database
