About the Position
As a QA Analyst at Naehas, you will be the ultimate owner of quality for a specific product area within our marketing automation platform. In this highly collaborative role, you will work directly with the Product Manager to develop a profound understanding of our product and translate that knowledge into a comprehensive suite of test cases. Your work will directly ensure maximum quality coverage and a robust, reliable user experience for our customers.
We are seeking a professional with a unique blend of product intuition, technical understanding, and business acumen. You will be responsible for stepping into the shoes of our users, championing their needs, and ensuring our test cases are always current with the latest product updates. Success in this role means proactively documenting test cases that not only validate functionality but also reflect how the product is used in real-world production environments.
Job Responsibilities :
- Documentation and Maintenance : Proactively manage and update test case documentation, ensuring it remains current, comprehensive, and aligns with the latest product developments.
- Product Insights : Leverage your deep product knowledge to review new requirements and provide valuable insights to the Product Manager, identifying potential gaps, usability issues, or conflicts with existing features.
- Quality Champion : Serve as the primary advocate for quality within your product area, providing direct feedback to the Product Manager and the team whenever quality standards are at risk.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with the automation team to ensure a shared and complete understanding of all test case requirements.
- Continuous Learning : Continuously build a deeper understanding of the product area through close collaboration with the Product Manager, thorough documentation review, and hands-on experimentation.

B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech from a top-tier college4-6 years as a QA Engineer for a B2B enterprise software companyDemonstrated capacity to learn as well as ability to operate independently, to effectively drive execution to achieve goals without direct authorityDemonstrated ability to set clear and deliverable goals, balance multiple projects at once and adhere to deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence others.Experience and familiarity with Cloud servicesHands-on experience with deploying enterprise-level software is a plusExperience in marketing automation is a plusBenefits
