Your focus :

Youll help us with in-app product content for our smart meeting solutions that help workers conduct meetings more effectively in all stages of the meeting (before during and after). Youll also help us with in-app product content for our knowledge generation solutions that help workers generate achieve and reuse content. On a typical day in this role you might :

Work Partner with an interaction designer to craft copy iterate on content for a feature or flow

Do a terminology exploration for a new concept

Develop copy treatments content for a user research study or in-product experiment

Bring your voice to a design critique of proposed features or scenarios

Draft a new entry for our term list and review with the team

Observe a customer study

Responsibilities

Write and edit friendly brilliantly clear UX copy-with brand flair

Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate

Understand and effectively use our content model content types style guide and brand voice

Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements

Identify opportunities for content additions improvements and reuse / repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements

5 years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications web ecommerce etc.)

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Proficient with editing copy in design software like Figma

Portfolio of writing and content samples

North American English fluency

BA / BS degree in English Communications Creative Writing Journalism or other literary / communication subjects

Additional qualifications

Natural and inquisitive passion for modern technology

Experience working with Design discipline (interactive visual research)

Experience with digital content tools / CMS

Experience working with customer research

Agency copywriting experience

Flexible versatile writing across form factors subject matter and audiences

Self-motivated collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements :

Years of Experience required 5-8 years.

Top 3 must-have hard skills (no soft skills)

• Experience in UX Writing for interactive products
• Fluent and Articulate in English
• Worked on Enterprise Products.
