We are looking for ambitious and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Professionals at middle and Junior levels, who have proven expertise in selling and leasing residential and / or commercial properties. The role requires excellent client relationship skills, market understanding, and the ability to achieve sales / leasing targets while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate sales and leasing.
- Generate leads through networking, references, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Assist clients in property selection, deal structuring, negotiations, and closures.
- Manage both sales transactions (buy / sell) and leasing transactions (rent / lease).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and property listings.
- Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and compliance for all sales and leasing deals.
- Achieve assigned monthly / quarterly sales and leasing targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and conversions in CRM / ERP systems.
Require : -
4–10 years of proven experience in real estate sales and leasing (residential and / or commercial).Strong network with property owners, investors, tenants, and brokers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to manage high-value transactions with professionalism.Knowledge of legal / commercial terms related to sales and leasing.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales platforms preferred.Education
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
