Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in airline operations, analytics, or a similar role in logistics. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and visualization. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail. Good command of English language is a must. Gather and interpret operational data to identify trends and performance gaps. Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports, providing insights that guide management decisions and improve service efficiency. People related administration and tracking and reporting of KPIs. Support seasonal and long-term forecasting for manpower and operational budgets. Create and maintain rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels while aligning with HR policies and operational demands. Coordinate operational documentation, assist in audits, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate the overall guest experience.
