Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by developing strong client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and ongoing business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations) to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of solutions.
  • Understand client requirements, identify upsell opportunities, and drive product adoption.
  • Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and share business insights with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering a “customer-first” approach.
  • Support clients with day-to-day troubleshooting and guide them on Unicommerce product usage.

Required Skill Set

  • 1–4 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing / Customer Success in SaaS, E-commerce, or Technology domains.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
  • Good problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Exposure to SQL, APIs, or technical troubleshooting is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
