Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The HR Executive's responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling various tasks related to human resources management. The role also involves collaborating with management to ensure compliance with organizational policies and contributing to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and manage multiple HR functions effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields preferred
• Prior experience in HR or a related field is an advantage
