Senior AI & Automation Engineer

What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI & Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI solutions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. Additionally, you will develop and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate Desktop. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

• Design, develop, implement and continuously enhance comprehensive AI solutions leveraging Microsoft AI tech stack (e.g. Azure OpenAI, AI Hub, Copilot Studio, AI foundry, Document intelligence etc)
• Development of business process automations on Microsoft Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
• Use Microsoft's AI hub to develop custom solutions and write effective AI prompts to derive meaningful business outcomes.
• Work with Dataverse for data modeling and relational database management.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and best practices, and collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to continuously improve solutions.
• Follow agile practices for design to deploy lifecycle of solution deliveries and adherence to standard ITSM processes to sustain and enhance solutions.
