Job Summary

The Person is responsible for Communication with Customers regarding orders and Dispatch

Responsible for Planning  of Raw Materials , Production Planning and Finished Goods.

He shall be source of communication of customer requirement and to the Production Team

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all customer communication

Responsible for all Planning activities for Raw Material , Production , Dispatch

Responsible for publishing Daily Plan vs Actual Data of Production , Dispatch

Publishing a Weekly and Monthly Performance MIS

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor technicians, and operators.

Ensure SOP's and WI is made for relevant areas and proper training given to the concerned employees ManPower Handing and address their grievances

Ensure 5 S is implemented and followed

Ensure people trained Kaizen and it is followed Quality and Safety Issues

Lays Priority on Quality and Accuracy

Lays emphasis on safety and ensures basic safety mechanism is in place to ensure zero accidents
