Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resort Acquisition Executive located in the South Goa district. The Resort Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for resort acquisitions Manager, developing strategies to expand the company's resort portfolio, and collaborating with prospects and owners to acquire high-value properties.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess opportunities and evaluate resort acquisitions effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with Owner and negotiate agreements
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition strategies
• Proven expertise in Sales, including closing deals and achieving acquisition targets
• Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or luxury travel industries is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Freshers are welcome. This role involves frequent travel
