Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively to customers.
• Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly targets related to calls and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth closures.
