Job descriptionDetailed job description - Skill Set : Lead and mentor a team of automation developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation solutions. Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective automation strategies using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop. Design and implement security measures for automation solutions to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Advise clients on the integration of Power Automate solutions with existing IT architectures, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency. Develop and oversee the implementation of best practices for the development and deployment of Power Automate flows, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. Conduct high-level troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of automation systems to ensure optimal performance. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Power Automate and related technologies to drive innovation within the team and projects. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring alignment with project goals and facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical Mandatory Skills Power Platform Good to Have Skills Azure
