Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective low-code / no-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate flows (Cloud flows, Scheduled flows, Business Process Flows).
- Develop and maintain solutions integrated with SharePoint Online – including lists, libraries, forms, and permissions.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement data connectors, custom connectors, and integration with Dataverse, SQL, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Manage app lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Provide user training and documentation for the developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to apps, flows, and SharePoint content.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration and enhancement of solutions.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs.Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, OData, and REST APIs.Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Forms, and OneDrive integrations.Understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint sites.Ability to write and debug Power Fx, Expressions, and Flow conditions.Experience with permissions, versioning, and SharePoint governance.Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform using solutions and environments.Familiar with developing .Net plugins and integration with model driven apps.
