Role Description :

The Business Analyst for Workforce Management (WFM) in retail plays a key role in bridging business operations and technology, with a focus on optimizing labor strategies through Dayforce. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting the implementation and enhancement of Dayforce WFM modules

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Operations, and IT to elicit and document business requirements related to scheduling, time tracking, labor forecasting, and compliance.
• Analyze current workforce management processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Dayforce.
• Automate requirements discovery and documentation, leveraging AI tools to extract, cluster, and refine user stories, process maps, and impact assessments from workshops, tickets and transcripts
