Oracle Fusion Support Engineer (L1)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, and HR modules.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure successful completion of automated processes.
• Handle user access tickets, including account provisioning, role assignment, and password resets.
• Perform data validation across key business processes to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Escalate functional or technical issues to L2 / L3 or vendor support teams for timely resolution.
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities such as reconciliations, data loads, and report generation.
• Maintain detailed incident and change logs to track and document all support activities.
• Coordinate with business users and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and minimal downtime.
