Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, and HR modules.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure successful completion of automated processes.
- Handle user access tickets, including account provisioning, role assignment, and password resets.
- Perform data validation across key business processes to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Escalate functional or technical issues to L2 / L3 or vendor support teams for timely resolution.
- Support month-end and quarter-end activities such as reconciliations, data loads, and report generation.
- Maintain detailed incident and change logs to track and document all support activities.
- Coordinate with business users and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and minimal downtime.
