Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary located in Ranchi. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing executive support, managing clerical tasks, and assisting with administrative duties. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance skills
• Clerical Skills and Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
