Job Overview

Take full PnL ownership of Avant, driving strategic growth, product innovation, and team execution in a high-growth consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Business Ownership and Strategy : Own end-to-end growth, set revenue targets, manage costs, and execute a business plan for profitability.

Product Development and Innovation : Lead product lifecycle, collaborate on innovative footwear launches to meet market needs and stand out competitively.

Sales and Revenue Growth : Expand revenue via online (primary focus) and offline channels, using data-driven tactics and market opportunities.

Team Leadership and Execution : Build and mentor teams for high-performance execution, fostering accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Operational Excellence : Optimize supply chain, inventory, and metrics to resolve bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.

Market Analysis and Adaptation : Track trends and competitors, adapting strategies to seize opportunities in footwear sector.

Qualifications and Experience

Professional Background : Scaled revenue for consumer brands ; experience in 0-to-1 building; ex-founders is an advantage

Experience Level : 8+ years in leadership, 3-5 in PnL / revenue roles.

Technical Skills : Proficient in e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics, product processes, and supply chain.

Personal Qualities

Problem-Solving Prowess : Tackle complex issues with innovative solutions in dynamic settings.
