Job Title : HR & Admin Manager
Experience : Min 12 years
CTC : Upto 12 LPA (depend on the interview)
Location : Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Induction : Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction process.
- Payroll & Attendance : Oversee time office management, leave management, and coordinate payroll processes.
- Employee Relations : Address employee grievances, foster positive employee engagement, and support retention initiatives.
- Exit Process : Handle employee exit formalities, including clearances, exit interviews, and final settlements.
- HR Compliance : Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal HR policies.
- General Administration : Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Expense Management : Monitor and process employee reimbursements and other expense claims.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain HR records, prepare HR reports, and ensure accuracy in data management.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.years of experience in HR and administration.Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliances.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office / HR software.Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
