Role Summary
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑cohort education programs across regions. Own planning, admissions, instructor and content operations, live delivery, learner support, platform administration, localization, data / reporting, and vendor / partner management. You’ve successfully run global EdTech programs (bootcamps, MOOCs, professional learning) with measurable outcomes.
Success Metrics
On‑time launches, smooth multi‑time‑zone operations, and high learner satisfaction (e.g., NPS / CSAT targets).Healthy funnel metrics : application‑to‑enrollment conversion, attendance, completion, and credential issuance.Instructor and partner satisfaction; on‑budget delivery and accurate honoraria / vendor payments.Accessible, consistent content : recordings, captions, transcripts, and clearly organized materials.Timely dashboards and post‑cohort reports with insights that drive continuous improvement.Core Responsibilities
Program Planning & Calendarization : Build annual and cohort calendars; map milestones, runbooks, and critical paths; coordinate across time zones.Admissions & Enrollment : Own application review, selection, orientation, and the enrollment funnel; de‑risk early with proactive support for at‑risk learners.Instructor & Content Operations : Recruit and schedule instructors / guests; issue briefs; collect slides / assignments; run pre‑flights; ensure accessibility (captions, transcripts, alt text).Live Delivery & Learner Experience : Host or stage‑manage live sessions; keep modules and capstones on track; maintain community spaces and SLAs for learner support.Platforms & Tooling : Administer LMS, video, and collaboration tools; maintain SOPs; troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors as needed.Assessment & Credentials : Uphold academic integrity; track assignments and rubrics; issue certificates / badges and verify records.Localization & Accessibility : Coordinate translation / subtitling; adapt schedules and holidays; meet accessibility standards.Data, Analytics & Reporting : Maintain dashboards; analyze engagement and outcomes; publish weekly updates and final reports.Budget & Vendor Management : Track spend vs. budget; manage honoraria, micro‑grants, and contracts; ensure timely payments.Compliance & Safeguarding : Respect privacy and data protection; uphold codes of conduct; escalate issues promptly.Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback; run retros; prioritize improvements to curriculum, workflows, and tooling.Must‑Have Qualifications
5+ years leading large‑scale online education (bootcamps, MOOCs, workforce / professional learning) across multiple regions.Proven program operations expertise : calendars, instructor ops, live delivery, learner support, and quality control.Hands‑on with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Open edX, Thinkific) and video / conferencing tools; strong spreadsheet / reporting skills.Comfort working across Americas / EMEA / APAC time zones; excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑cultural sensitivity.Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving under time pressure.Nice to Have
Background in AI / tech, data, journalism / media, or public policy.Experience with CRM / marketing automation (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) for admissions and outreach.Micro‑credentials or certificates administration experience.Budget ownership and vendor contracting.Multilingual capability.Working Model
