Job Title: Vice President of Sales
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in IT sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline across targeted industries and regions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Negotiate contracts and close strategic deals to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a VP of Sales or similar senior sales leadership role within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, and software services.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
