About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter with strong experience in the Indian contracting market. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing high-demand IT skills on aggressive timelines, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT contract positions
• Source, evaluate, and engage candidates from job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding for contract hires
• Work closely with account managers to fulfill urgent, high-priority requirements
• Maintain a strong pipeline of project-ready IT contractors
• Deliver high-quality profiles within rapid turnaround SLAs
