Senior IT Recruiter

Exp. : - 6M - 2 years

Location : - Civil lines, Jaipur

Work Mode : - Work from Office

Key Responsibilities :

• End to End recruitment processes for junior to senior-level technical roles, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, and networking, to attract passive candidates
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively represent the company to prospective candidates
• Mentor and train junior recruiters, sharing best practices and guiding them through the recruitment process
