About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and people-smart Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow our client base and expand our reach. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our services, nurturing leads, and closing deals across industries like lifestyle, beauty, food, and wellness.
This is a client-facing role where you'll act as the bridge between our creative team and prospective brands.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential clients via social media, industry events, networking, and databases
Research leads and tailor outreach based on their business needsReach out via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and DMs2. Client Communication & Pitches
Set up and attend meetings with prospects (in-person or virtual)Present our service offerings clearly and confidentlyUnderstand client requirements and suggest the right mix of services (branding, digital strategy, content creation, etc.)3. Conversion & Relationship Building
Follow up regularly and move leads through the sales pipelineMaintain strong relationships with existing clients for up-selling and referralsCollaborate with the creative and strategy team to align deliverables with client goals4. Reporting & Strategy
Maintain CRM records and sales reportsShare insights on client needs, trends, and gapsWork with leadership on growth strategies and monthly targetsWhat You’ll Need
1 - 3 years of experience in business development or client servicing (preferably in digital / creative industries)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong networking, persuasion, and follow-up abilitiesSelf-driven and target-oriented attitudeComfortable with tools like Excel / Sheets, Notion, CRM software, etc.Basic understanding of branding, social media, and marketing servicesBonus Skills
