Job Title : Nautical Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nautical Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all vessels in our fleet comply with international regulations and standards.

Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain a robust compliance management system to ensure adherence to International Maritime Organization (IMO) and other relevant regulations;
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential non-compliances and take corrective action as needed;
• Collaborate with vessel management teams to develop and implement strategies to improve compliance and reduce risk;
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure ongoing compliance awareness and education;
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on changing regulations and best practices.
