About Us

Join our team as a Commerce Cloud Success Architect and be a pivotal player in driving success for our customers within the Commerce Cloud product portfolio. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll contribute to the growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry. We are seeking a passionate B2C Commerce Architect with significant experience in delivering B2C Commerce Cloud solutions to large enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

As a Commerce Cloud Success Architect, you will :

• Customer Engagement : Engage with our Signature Success Plan customers through a high-velocity advisory model across multiple concurrent engagements. You'll provide strategic consultation and recommendations, for customers to implement independently, across technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design specific to B2C Commerce.
• Lead with Expertise : Serve as a trusted Commerce Cloud SME for our broader Cloud Success organization, providing proactive and reactive Architecture, Solution Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Product expertise.
• Communication Mastery : Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, ranging from Technical and Business stakeholders to Executive Leadership, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in crucial conversations.
• Innovation and Problem Solving : Identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommending standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption.
• Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, collaborating on initiatives that contribute to broader goals and growth.
