- High proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM Technical & Functional areas in Sales, Customer Service modules
- Lead technical & business discussions with clients to gather and understand client functional requirements and design solutions to achieve them through supported configurations and customizations
- Sound in Architecture / Design concepts, patterns and best practices in Microsoft Technologies
- Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports
- Experience with Microsoft managed services of multiple complex CRM solutions including systems integration and using the Microsoft technology stack
- Sound in MS Dynamics Solution deployment aspects
- Sound knowledge & hands on experience on Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Data Verse
- Sound knowledge and hands on experience in CI / CD pipelines using Azure Devops etc
- Good understanding of data migrations tools and approaches
- Technical understanding and knowledge in Power BI, Kingsway Soft, Scribe and other reporting and integration tools will be an added advantage
- Expertise on the Programming languages – C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript
- Knowledge of Travel Tourism and Hospitality domain would be additional advantage
- Experience with European clients
