Deputy General Manager - Supply planning

Our client is seeking a seasoned Supply Planning Leader to develop and execute strategic supply planning initiatives that ensure optimal inventory levels, meet customer demand, and support business growth. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in supply chain optimization.

Key Planning :

• Design and implement comprehensive supply planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate supply planning into overall organizational goals.

Supply Chain Oversee end-to-end supply planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and procurement.

Team Lead, mentor, and develop the supply planning team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Performance Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.

Risk Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.

Continuous Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
