About the Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding channel partner networks to achieve business growth and revenue targets. The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation, and strategic sales skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners / distributors.
Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Monitor sales performance of partners and provide guidance / support for growth.
Conduct regular reviews and meetings with channel partners.
Ensure proper product training, marketing support, and promotional activities for partners.
Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets through channel partners.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in channel sales,
preferably in Mobile Accessories / telecom / FMCG.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partners / distributors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
