Job Title : Social Media & Content Executive / Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 1–3 years

Reports to : Sr. Marketing Manager

Has creative curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media.

What you'll do :

Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Be the face (and voice) of our brand across social platforms.

Engage with audiences, build communities, and represent the brand in conversations.

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives across Instagram, YouTube, Quora, and Reddit.

Create and maintain content calendars, presenting plans and campaign ideas.

Monitor platform trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to shape content direction.

Track performance metrics, analyze what works and what doesn't, and continuously evolve content strategies.

Skills & Requirements :

Excellent content creation skills for short-form and long-form digital platforms.

Strong communication and storytelling ability on camera and in writing.

Familiarity with video editing tools and content creation software.

Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to experimentation and innovation.
