- Schedule and manage multiple client US payrolls.
- Manage workflow to ensure all US payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and compliantly.
- Understand proper US payroll taxation.
- Process correct wage garnishments calculations, child support orders, and tax levies.
- Process accurate and timely quarter end and year-end reporting.
- Provide Ad Hoc reports to clients.
- Work with clients in multiple payroll environments to accomplish time and attendance, payroll processing and payroll reporting.
- Resolve client questions in regards to payroll and payroll system.
- Manage client projects.
- Answer and respond to calls and inquiries from clients.
- Coordinate payroll activities from beginning to end with clients.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service possible, to include follow up, follow thru and accountability.
