Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some opportunities for remote work. The Chief of Staff to the CEO will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner, assisting in decision-making, project management, and execution of high-priority initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the CEO in stakeholder communications, coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing research and analysis for strategic planning, and driving organizational efficiency. This role offers a fast-track pathway to leadership, with the potential to evolve into a Co-Founder position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills : Expertise in strategy development, problem-solving, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Project and Process Management : Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives, process optimization, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Leadership and Communication : Strong leadership abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder management experience.
• Research and Presentation : Proficiency in conducting detailed research, preparing executive-level presentations, and summarizing insights effectively.
• Adaptability and Independence : High degree of self-motivation, adaptability in dynamic environments, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Desirable : Familiarity with consulting, entrepreneurship, AI, or technological innovation;

MBA or advanced degree preferred.
