General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to join a fast-growing herbal care manufacturer and exporter . This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the founder, driving critical strategic initiatives, cross-functional management, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to execute with speed and precision in a high-growth environment.

Title : Business Head

Reporting to : Founder

Location : Mumbai, India

Experience : 10–15 years with proven P&L ownership and international business leadership

Current functional structure : Business Head will lead Exports, Domestic Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, HR, Operations (team of 350)

Key responsibilities :

• Own the global P&L;

drive scale from ₹200 Cr → ₹500 Cr in ~3 years

ensure FSSAI / GMP / globalcompliance

drive KPIs, dashboards,and a rigorous review cadence

MBA / International Business or relevant science background preferred

excellent English and C-level negotiation skills
