Provide comprehensive support to management and engineering teams in various administrative and technical tasksAssist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for executives and engineering personnelSupport in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to engineering projects and management initiativesConduct research, collect data, and analyze information to assist in decision-making processesAssist in project coordination, including tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and preparing project status updatesProvide technical support and assistance to engineering teams as requiredAid in organizing and maintaining engineering-related documentation and recordsHandle correspondence and communications on behalf of management and engineering departmentsRequirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical software related to engineering tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) : Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
