Implement, coordinate, and monitor systems for facilities and administration to enable smooth functioning of the facilities and to ensure good working conditions for the employees.
- Manage the staff and logistics (both own and 3rd party) to ensure smooth functioning of the facilities of the company
- Co ordinate with unit managers so as to make sure that all the statutory compliances are adhered to by the factories
- Support smooth relocation of the employees by helping them to settle easily into the organisation
- Facilitate good and effective work conditions for the employees by taking care of facilities like travel, canteen etc.
- Handle all administration function of HRMS
- Coordinate with the service provider for smooth running of HRMS as well as any customization required.
