Senior Manager_Early Life Intervention

Job Title : Senior Manager - Early Life Intervention (0-90 Days)

Location : PAN India | Base Location : Gurugram

Department : Human Resources

Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical HR professional from a premier B-School to lead our Early Life Intervention (ELI) Program. This role is critical in shaping the employee experience during the first 0-90 days by focusing on induction, engagement, retention, and compliance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business outcomes and reduce early attrition in a high-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the employee lifecycle for 0-90 days, ensuring a seamless onboarding and induction experience.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain early attrition rates - 10%.
  • Own and execute L&D interventions, ensuring smooth training delivery and integration into the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to identify and resolve people-related challenges during early tenure.
  • Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies and the Code of Conduct.
  • Lead employer branding efforts during the induction phase and early employee experience.
  • Deliver on metrics and insights through data interpretation and reporting, using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Exhibit high agility to navigate dynamic business needs and evolving people challenges.
  • Ensure noiseless stakeholder management and drive consistent, high-quality delivery.

Candidate MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related discipline from a premier B-School.

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Experience managing Learning & Development, early employee lifecycle, and team operations.
